We need each other more now than ever...
We'll try to keep this short and sweet for now, as we know that your inbox is inundated already. But it's important that we share a few thoughts about how we can continue working together - in person and virtually, as this global pandemic progresses, and hopefully as it begins to resolve as well.
FOR CURRENT CoLab MEMBERS:
EFFECTIVE ON MONDAY, March 16th, all part-time members will be issued a door code at no additional charge, which will remain effective for at least the next two weeks. The front desk will not be staffed for two weeks or more, allowing our Catalysts to make individual choices about social distancing as needed for their personal and family health.
During this time, all coworking members and meeting space users will have access to the space with a door code and can come and go as needed to get your work done. We understand that many people are being asked to work remotely and that working from a safe coworking space may be the best option we have, especially if internet is not strong elsewhere.
We'll be sending more details about membership options in the next 24-48 hours.
For now, please know that we'll be doubling down on cleaning protocols and we are asking all of you to do the same.
Please wash your hand in warm water with soap for at least 20 seconds, whenever you enter and before you leave the space.
Please wipe down workstations and meeting room tables before and after using them. Cleaning supplies will be made available inasmuch as we can get our hands on them. You will see more of this starting tomorrow, Friday, 3/13.
Please login to your CoLab account whenever you can and use the Message Board to communicate any additional needs, concerns or ideas. More on that soon as well.
We will send additional information over the next few days. But for now - please take care of yourselves and each other. We appreciate and value each and every one of you and we will be here with you, through all of what is to come - good and bad.
