Booking your next meeting has never been easier.

Now you can see if a room is available for a quick call or meeting just by looking at the colored accessibility strip on the left side of the screen.

You will also see how long until the next reservation. If there are no other reservations for the day, it will say, "Available until 12:00 AM" (midnight).


You can also see when the room is next available.

If you would like to reserve the room, you can do that directly on the tablet or via the Passport app.
The app is available on Google Play and the App Store.
